The Rev. James M. Glesne was called and assumed the position of Senior Pastor of Decorah Lutheran Church in August 1988. Pastor Glesne, a graduate of St. Olaf College and Luther Theological Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, has served three previous parishes: Our Savior's and Willow Lake Lutheran Churches at Dovray, Minnesota; Christ Lutheran Church at Stoughton, Wisconsin, as an associate pastor; and Grace Lutheran Church and School at Appleton, Wisconsin. He brings to the parish a variety of experiences through involvement at local, conference, district and synod levels in many committees and task forces. In addition, he also served as a chaplain in the United States Naval Reserve.

The Rev. Bryan Robertson began his Call as Associate Pastor at Decorah Lutheran at the end of January 2001. He is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois and Luther Theological Seminary. He served First Lutheran Church in Rock Island, Illinois prior to accepting the Letter of Call to Decorah Lutheran Church.
