Sunday School Memory Work

Procedure
1. Recite memory work to parent
2. Parent signs memory work card
3. Return card to Sunday School Teacher or Sunday School Office.
4. Students will receive certificate and award from Pastor at either worship service the last Sunday of the month from September through May.

Expectations for each year:
3 year old - Table Prayer/bedtime prayer
4 year old - I John 4:7a (Let us love one another because love is from God)
Kindergarten - John 3:16
Grade I - Memorize the Lord's Prayer
Grade 2 - Memorize Ten Commandments
Grade 3 - Memorize the Apostles Creed
Grade 4 - Memorize Books of the Bible
Grade 5 - Memorize Ten Commandments and the meanings
Grade 6 - Memorize the Apostles' Creed and the meanings
Grade 7 - Memorize the Lord's Prayer and the meanings
Grade 8 - Memorize Psalm 23
